Get to Know Us
At Craft Nova, our passion for fermentation was born in a university classroom and grew over decades of hands-on experience—spanning boutique wineries to industrial-scale production across the globe.

This journey took us from Finger Lakes in the U.S. to Rheingau in Germany, from Marlborough in New Zealand to Alto Adige in Italy, and to the vineyards of Turkey. Learning the cultural differences in production across these regions was the most enjoyable part of the process.
