At Craft Nova, our mission is simple: To make wine and beer making accessible, enjoyable, and deeply rewarding—for everyone.
Our journey—and our passion with fermentation—started back in university. It all began when our inspiring biotechnology professor shared vivid tales of a Bordeaux grape harvest he took part in during his youth.
That spark turned into a lifelong passion.
Nearly 25 years (and millions of liters) later, we’ve mastered the art and science of fermentation—from hands-on boutique and artisan production to full-scale industrial winemaking and brewing.

Beer has a culture and complexity just as rich as wine—and while it might seem intimidating at first, with the right tools and a little guidance, it’s absolutely doable (and fun!).
All of our beer kits are tested in our lab to ensure quality and consistency. Want to go all-in? Advanced brewers can experiment with “All Grain” brewing and develop their own signature recipes.
